Shipping Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Please allow up to 72 hours for order fulfillment (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping method is the sole discretion of the OC Store, we may choose a different carrier than Canada Post (as chosen at checkout).
- Special shipping arrangements can be made by contacting us at orders@oultoncollege.com.
- Order transit time is 5-7 business days (in addition to our fulfillment time).
All sales are final. No returns! You can always contact us for any return inquires at orders@oultoncollege.com.
